Okay, you want the litest version of Raspian for your pi but you want to stay safe.

This is what I did

downloaded the latest version of Raspian Lite

Install on a card as you wish - Etcher or whatever    <- todo Provide a link

Burn the lite version onto a card and do a full boot

for the noobes login is

pi

raspberry

now do a

sudo apt-get install lightdm

to satisfy raspi-config

then

sudo apt=get install raspberrypi-ui-mods
